[Elecraft] FS: KPA100 + KAT100 in EC2 inclosure

Consider it sold.
I don't have a paypal account from a bank account, but can manage
other means, including sending you a check and letting you deposit it
and set on the box for two weeks until the check clears.
I can pay to a paypal account using a credit card, but they charge a
fee for that, don't they?
