[Elecraft] OT QRZ.com

Hi,

I have no problem here in CNY. I use it a lot all the time. But I tried
tracert qrz.com and it fails in the same place as the trace in an earlier
post in this thread. Pinging it fails as well, I now notice, probably for
the same reason.
