[Elecraft] K3 Utility Installation Problem (somewhat OT)

  Hmmmmmm..... My directory comes up with RO also, and I can also write there. Thanks 
Microsoft.......

I use InnoSetup for my installs, and it has a constant that will put writable files 
in the proper directory, and I am pretty sure it unpacks the install  (by default) 
into temp. No problems with it so far on WIn7.

I'm puzzled.
