I have had good success with PC Power & Cooling supplies. Have replaced
all
of the cheaper PC supplies with theirs. Got rid of the noise.

THIS kind of information is invaluable. I had a stash of common mode
chokes and line-certified capacitors so added the line filter onto the
supplies I bought, but vowed NEVER AGAIN to get "no-name" supplies.
