SB1;MN111;MP000;MN255;   selects "A   b" (normal) 
SB1;MN111;MP001;MN255;   selects "A  Ab" (mix main to both) 
SB1;MN111:MP002;MN255;   selects "Ab  b" (mix sub to both) 
SB1;MN111;MP003;MN255;   selects "Ab Ab" (mix both to mono) 

Note one can only select the mixed modes if the subreceiver 
is enabled (SB1;).
