[Elecraft] K3 utility for Mac updated!

The guy to thank is David Fleming, W4SMT, who puts in a lot of work on the
Mac and Linux versions of the K3 Utility.  He's also a colleague that offers
very constructive ideas as he wades through a lot of code.
