[Elecraft] Loosing VOX setting during power cycle in CW mode

[PA3CW]

I posted a question before about this issue, that i notice only after the
latest firmware update. When VOX is ON in CW and switch the K3 off and on
again, i loose the VOX setting and have to press the VOX button again to be
able to transmit in CW. It does not keep the latest setting. This does not
occur in LSB, where the setting is kept. Is this a known issue?
