[Elecraft] K2 Alignment and Test, Part II questions

Hello all,

Page 60 the 4MHZ Oscillator Calibration, shows 12089 on my freq counter at TP3. I can't get C22 to go above 12050 to match the 12089.......Is this a problem?  

PLL Reference Oscillator Range......high 12098.99    low 12086.21.

BFO Test.....high 4917.26    low 4912.89. Low range is a bit high, supposed to be less than 4912.7......Is this a problem?
