[Elecraft] [K3] K3 Utilities program hang-up

No no, fw3.42 doesn't fix this problem. 
I didn't expect it to because it solves some problem with HRD
and not for K3 Utilities.

I try to show you soem pics below. 
First pic is with Utilities working properly (so before I started and
stopped HRD).
Second pic is after stopping HRD... notice the hi CPU
