[Elecraft] Noise reduction setting suggestion for CW

Thanks for the explanation Lyle...that's exactly right.  Though I hesitated to use 
the term, it actually acts like an APF for CW...at least with my settings it does.  
Pitch is set at 550 Hz and using DSP 5-2 and the context filter on.
