[Elecraft] Noise reduction setting suggestion for CW

The primary reason for this is that the delay through the denoiser 
filter is not deterministic.  Selections 5-8 do a "wet and dry mix" of 
processed and unprocessed audio. This can result in scalloping of the 
signal amplitude, so the user's CW pitch may end up being emphasized -- 
or severely attenuated -- depending on the pitch, mixing setting, and 
the amount of noise being suppressed.

It may well be that Greg's preferred pitch is one that gets mildly 
emphasized through this action with the setting he uses.
