[Elecraft] K3 coarse tuning in a transverter band

[AD6XY]

Sounds like a bug. The obvious fix its to fix your transverter so it has an
offset that is a multiple of 1kHz. If it is an XV144, hard luck for a while
until it gets sorted out.
