[Elecraft] K3 Tx light on

Thanks all for the quick response. Chuck, AE4CW and Bob, K6GGO were 
right on.  Selecting PTT -> ON, in DM780-> Program options cleared up 
the problem.

I do not remember having to select this option way back when I first 
started using PSK31 with HRD/DM780 and my K3.  I downloaded the latest 
version of HRD and 3.63 on the same day. Something may have changed in 
HRD and most likely does not have anything to do with the new Elecraft 
firmware.
