[Elecraft] K3 in SS SSB

Maybe I misunderstood what he was trying to do.  I thought he was trying to 
NOT use RIT, rather put the radio into split on a run frequency, lock VFO B 
for TX and use VFO A to tune around your run freq instead of using the small 
RIT knob.  So RC; would not apply.

Uhm... no? All that will do is bring up the "VFO B>A" menu entry...
and it's even it you actuated it, all it would do is to copy VFO B's
frequency to VFO A - and RIT would still be on, and you would have
QSYed to whatever frequency VFO B happened to be on.

I believe a more suitable command would be  {CAT1ASC K31;RC;}

The "K31;" is probably unnecessary, but it shouldn't hurt.
