[Elecraft] K3 Error Message "ERR AT3"

Hi Dave,

I too get this intermittently on my K3 #145. Probably been more frequent of
late and also disables the ATU though oddly it still responds to
checking/adjusting the LC settings from the menu ok - you can hear the
relays clicking but press the ATU button or ANT1/2 and no response...

However up till very recently I wouldn't get just ERR AT3; instead I would
get a whole series of random error messages which would include AT3...eg
BP1,IO3,AT3,BP3,IF2. When I cancelled each in turn by pressing buttons to
get back to 'normality' the only thing that seemed to be not working was the
ATU and if I recall correctly occasionally the Noise Blanker too; otherwise
all worked fine. Last couple of times though just the one error (AT3) has
appeared like you report.

Checked the AT3 seating and OK; also never had any problems with turning off
so maybe that's just coincidence with you. I did check with support a while
ago and suggested checking the KAT3 board seating - not a show stopper but
certainly is weird.
