[Elecraft] K3 DVR message play termination via the "RX" remote-control command

Those of you who control the K3's digital voice recorder (KDVR3) from  
a PC application can now terminate message play/repeat more easily.  
The K3's "RX" remote-control command will now cleanly cancel transmit  
or message play in all modes.

If you'd like to try this, please email me directly. I'll send you K3  
field-test firmware revision 3.60.

Other DVR-related changes are still in the works, but I know many of  
you had requested this one.
