microKEYER II does not interact with the K3 PLL/Synthesizer
in any way. You are seeing "common mode" RF effecting the
K3. That common mode RF can be getting there through any
device connected to the transceiver.
Make sure the feedline to your BigIR has an effective common
mode choke so that it does not act like a random radial and
put RF on the K3 and/or external interface.
An interim solution is to change the feedline length as it
will change the RF distribution in the shack!
