[Elecraft] K3 Makro question

[Dr. Werner Furlan]

in my Elecraft K3 utility I found Macro 1 predefined with KH3; and Macro 2 with 
ldpw131.248.110; 
I could not find these functions in the programmers reference. What do these commands 
mean?
