[Elecraft] K3 SN 3006 can't find any setting to mute the built in speaker

It shouldn't matter what SPKRS is set to - if SPKR+PH is "no", the
internal speaker should still be muted when headphones are plugged in.

Muting appears to be done by an LM4950 on the DSP board. Perhaps Jerome
has a defective one...
