[Elecraft] K3 FP temp readings

The LCD brightness does not appear to influence
the FP temperature. I raised mine from level 2 to
level 8 several hours ago and I still show the same
FP temp of 33C.  

The case/panel top surface temperature directly 
above the display is 84F and the right side panel 
surface temperature in the area of the regulator 
screws is 98F.  I'm reasonably confident of the 
accuracy of these readings.
