[Elecraft] [K3] NR distortion with 3.11

[NZ0T]

I rarely use NR myself so most of the time I'll stick with Don's settings.  I
downloaded K3_EZ and have several alternative AGC settings entered so now
it's easy to change.  Thanks for the input Don.
