[Elecraft] K3 Strong Signals

I appreciate your views, and certainly your situation is different from 
others, both those who want their radios to handle strong signals well, 
and  those who don't care. 

However, again, I feel compelled to point out that your belief that "NO 
mod is required" is inconsistent with the "wide view of the hobby."
I personally have no need for ESSB, but I appreciate the fact that 
Elecraft has spent time on it to satisfy the needs of others who do, 
thus broadening their customer base.  And I fully expect that Elecraft 
will be able to pull off this, and other future changes, without adverse 
affect on other uses of their equipment.  

In summary, I don't believe that Elecraft needs a series of messages 
from hams saying not to implement optional features in the fear that it 
might break something.
