[Elecraft] KX1 initial LCD test

When I power up on the initial board test, I get only two backward h's in the
right portion of the LCD.

Any idea what the problem is?  I went back over the work and reheated solder
joints.  I went through the manual again checked that I had instsalled all
to this point. U1 seems 
to be seated okay in the holder.
