[Elecraft] [K3] K3 3.04 Power Output After Tune

FWIW, I am experiencing the same issue running QRP with the KAT3, when it is in use, in 3.03

It does not seem to happen when the KAT3 is bypassed. Engaging the main TUNE button (not the KAT tune), seems to put it back to normal.

Now if I can figure out why my "two" sounds like "zero" *sigh*

Thank you for the observations on SSB Power Control before and after 
KAT3 tuning or when in bypass.  We'll be looking more closely at this 
next week.
