It doesn't really matter.  The easiest configuration is probably 
just to let the SignaLink USB generate PTT when it makes AFSK 
audio ("digital VOX").  You will be connecting audio into the 
K2 mic jack anyway and that's probably more reliable that PTT 
by software command.
