[Elecraft] K3 3.03

Loaded it.  Did not activate any new features.
RX was terribly noisy on CW..   Tracked it down the AGC THR being 
changed from 8 (my setting) to the default value.  Setting it back at 8 
solved the problem.
Anybody else see this?
