[Elecraft] K3/100 S/N 2295 has had a "hissy fit"

Have you tried the procedure "Forcing a Firmware Download" on page 44? It
involves holding the power switch for 10 seconds. I presume this wipes out
everything in the memory so you can start afresh.

If that fails, try a different computer or serial port.
