[Elecraft] K3 Time

No need to use a 3rd party software.

Have configured Win XP's time service as described in 
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314054
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314054 .

Have chosen a time server which is closer to my location and reduced the
update interval to 30min = 1800s.
