[Elecraft] EQP 2009 results for KB0YH

The rules show a "Send To" field without a name and address, but with an 
April 10 deadline. I'm sending this to the list now 'cause otherwise 
I'll forget about it. If these submissions need to be sent elsewhere 
please let us know.

Low power multiplier = 7
Total Score = 96,348
Operating time slightly less than 6 hours
Transceiver: K3 S/N 441 at 10 watts
Antennas: 9-element LPDA at 60 feet (10-20m), Inverted Vee dipoles and a
magnetic loop (40m and 80m), and a half-sloper (160m). Also used a
low-noise receiving wire on the low-frequency bands.

Soapbox:
- K3 compression at 20 gave good punch. Received many audio compliments.
- Tried 15m and 10m several times, but no joy.
- 10 watts doesn't cut it on 80/160m, but did manage to make a few 
regional contacts.
- The Elecraft name was only confused with Hallicrafters once this year!
- Some of the suggested frequencies are problematic (Examples: broadcast 
on 40m,
the "Radio Canada" mouth that roars on 20m), so we might want to make 
changes for
future EQP events.
