[Elecraft] Fast shipping again!!!

Elecraft - yes.  The Postal Service not so much.  I ordered the
replacement digital IO board and it was shipped right away but
the Post Office saw fit to send it on a couple of round trips
between San Jose and southern California before delivering it!!!!
