[Elecraft] Photos of K3 with various knobs for A and B VFO's

Hi James,
The Kenwood knob needed to be machined slightly to fit the nut holding the
encoder in the front panel and the hole was drilled slightly larger to
accommodate the K3 encoder shaft.
