[Elecraft] Whaddayaknow... passed the Extra

And then there are a few of us "13-wpm Extras" who were Advanced class
until they changed the criteria, and then got an Extra on the basis of
our 5 wpm Novice licenses.  I passed the Extra written about 4 times,
but never could stop thinking enough to get 20wpm.

   No Dick, that would be no code Extra, Extra-lite is 5 wpm.  Glad to be able
   to clear that up for you.  Don't matter, cause they all have the same
   privileges. ;-)
