[Elecraft] K3: Low audio on 10m FM transmit...

HA!  You're not bonkers.  I just saw the same thing on my K3.  It  
looks like if you've never set the deviation, it defaults to 1.0, but  
as soon as you go over 2.0, the lower limit becomes 2.0.

Isn't software wonderful :-)
