[Elecraft] Nabble: new look and feel (if you read the Elecraft list on the web)

Thank you Kristinn.  It's not as great as it looks, though, because
messages that are sent by email (not from Nabble) show up in the main
topics lists, so you still have to look there.  However, as more people
use Nabble and post through the K2 page there, more stuff will show up
there.
