[Elecraft] Headphone distribution amp/splitter which was mentioned a short while back...

Not sure about the US, but for anyone wanting this in the UK, take a

just what I've been looking for FD - 4 outputs with Volume controls on  
each and 12v supply (extra, but I have 12v coming out of my ears!)
