[Elecraft] K3 VFO tuning hash

I raised this issue several months ago and this is my
 response from Elecraft Support.  Believe me, it is a real issue definitely 
on 6 meters.
Hi Bob,
This is a known issue and Wayne is working with another engineer on how the 
noise
might be reduced or eliminated.
