Is this a real problem or misadjustment?  I *NEVER* set AF gain higher than
12 o'clock...normally it's 9-10 o'clock (with CONFIG AF Gain LO for my
headphones).  RF Gain is normally 1 o'clock to 12 o'clock, even with ATT ON
for 160m at this noisy time of year (i.e. thunderstorm QRN).

I could probably make my rig do a lot of strange things if I misadjusted
it...but why would I want to?
