Interesting. Mine is serial # 410. I wonder if the problem is confined to 
newer serial #'s. A delay of 2 seems very long. I might be able to live with 
.02 for a while but it's still not QSK.
Hopefully it's not a firmware issue. I just have this fear that something 
might be changed and it would slow down the QSK in this old K3.
I assume you haven't done any audio mods. The audio in this K3 rolls off at 
such a high frequency that I doubt if it would even reproduce a thump :*)
