The Tx EQ is applied in AM and FM modes, so you should be able to tailor 
it pretty nicely.

Some months ago (I don't know exactly when) the components in the Tx 
audio path, and Rx headphone path, were changed to improve low frequency 
response.

The most recent Beta release increases AM maximum modulation.
