[Elecraft] SSB to CW automatic VFO offset now working -- needtesters

A quick look shows "as expected" behavior.  It seems to switch 
modes exactly like the FT-1000D/FT-1000MP now and CW in SSB 
works just like the FT-2000.  Those who are used to the mode 
switching behavior of the Yaesu rigs should be right at home 
with this change.
