[Elecraft] K2 KAT2 pad B problem

Jay,

Read the instruction again.  You do *not* measure the voltage at pad "B" 
- that is only a reference point to help you find U4 pin 1.  It is the 
voltage at U4 pin 1 that is to be measured.
