[Elecraft] K3: machined concentric knobs from Mouser

Not me. I like the ones that are on there now and if I have trouble because
of being part of the "bad batch" I know I will be taken care of and that
will be the end of it. I would NOT pay $200 for replacement knobs that I do
not think look right on the K3. It looks great NOW.
