[Elecraft] Curious problem after installing KPA3 and KAT3

Make sure that the connector on the bottom of the KAT3 is lined up properly. I succeeded 
in getting it wrong once (although I noticed it before trying it out, so I don't know if 
this is the symptom you'd see).
