[Elecraft] Audible relay click

Sounds like the problem I had with K3 #202 in May 2008. KSYN3 board had 
to be replaced. There should be no relay actions on the KSYN3 boards 
within any ham band. Recommend you contact K3support. They should send a 
replacement board.
