The BL2 *is* a 1:1 balun. The only difference between a 1:1 and a 4:1 is the
way the windings are connected. The BL2 has a switch to make the connections
for either transformation, 1:1 or 4:1. Your choice.

input to the rf section and would be a 1-1 balun.
