[Elecraft] Drilling an el-cheapo finger dimple into the K2 tunning knob

The main K3 knob is 1.75 in diameter, the second tuning knob is 1.00 in. I do not find the dimple all that useful and rarely use it on the K3. The tuning knob on my TS-850 is 1.875 in and does not have a dimple. I never missed it.
