[Elecraft] K2 - 160 meter Hi Current on Transmitt.

David,

The problem is in the 160 meter Low Pass Filter (on the K160RX board).

First, be certain that the 2 toroids have their leads well stripped and 
tinned.  You should see a bit of the tinned lead above the board.

Check the soldering at K1 as well as C1, C2 and C3.
