[Elecraft] K3 Turn on Pop(WAS K3 Audio)

I think "pop" is a very inaccurate description of the sound, at least in my
"stock" K3. Here's it's more of a quiet 'bump-bump' sound when the power is
cycled, even in a very quiet room. 

It's very low frequency, so perhaps those K3's whose audio has been enhanced
to emphasize the very low frequencies hear it louder, but it's quite
unremarkable on my K3.

The K3 audio amplifier has a characteristic that results in a "pop" when 
  power is cycled.  This is normal; it has been present from the first 
units.
