[Elecraft] K3 Audio Low Pass Filter

There has to be a set of SMT caps that will fit back down onto those
pads... Has anyone looked for that yet?  If there isn't a set of caps
that fit those pads with the right specs then that means that Elecraft
had to spin the board when they started putting those caps in there.
