[Elecraft] Mods made and Hakko 808 desoldering gun

Hi all,
I'm catching up on the mods to my K3, and found a couple of places
where the Hakko 808 desoldering gun helped a lot.

When I was doing the speaker amp ECO, the Hakko desoldered from the
bottom so well that the old RFC just fell out, so much disassembly
was avoided.

And with the widest tip on the Hakko, it both spanned and
vacuum-picked the SMT resistors on various changes, so they came right
up, no stress at all.
